Here you will be able to check availability and make reservations for all Council-Sponsored Cub Scout Camping programs and other administrative tasks.

The data you see is “live” – updated in real-time as reservations are made either at the Council Service Center or online through this website.

The programs shown in the drop-down menu are available for online reservations. In the weeks ahead more programs will also be included.

Additional features and menus are available to those visitors with a system username and password. Usernames and passwords are managed by your pack’s Cubmaster and/or Committee Chair. This information is being mailed to these registered positions in January. These leaders can make reservations or can create log-ins for others to do so.

How to Use This Site:

Check Availability- All visitors can check to see which dates have openings.

Go to the “CAMP PROGRAMS” box on the upper left portion of the screen, select the Camp Program Name from the “drop down” list. If you want to check all dates, simply click the “search button” and you can see availability by date. You can also select a specific date or a date range by entering information into the date fields.

Make/Manage Reservations – A secure log-in and password is required

To make a reservation, use the log-in box with the username and password provided to you. Follow the instructions above to “Check Availability” and then use your mouse to put a check in the box next to the date(s) you choose under the “select” column. Click the “Continue” button to fill in the number of youth and adult participants and the “Update Total” button to see the total camp fees and amount now due. You can either “Keep Searching” to add other dates or click the “Check Out” button to pay the fees.

Fees can be paid in two methods:

1. Check (entering information from a regular check)

2. Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only)

An email address is required; after check out, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Prior to the actual camp date, you should return and login to the site to select the names of those who will attend. You can also log-in at any time to review your reservation and payment history, as well as change contact information such as email address and phone numbers.
